Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Details of the infringing material and information to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the material’s use is unauthorized;
- A statement that the provided information is accurate and the complaining party is authorized by the copyright owner.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Details of the removed material;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was mistakenly removed;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We adhere strictly to the DMCA regulations regarding repeat infringers, and violators of our policy will have their accounts terminated.
